Project Details

Provided multi-disciplinary services as the architects, structural, and civil engineers for Bangor International Airport, the City of Bangor, and C&L Aeronautics (the long-term tenant of the completed building.) The building is a mixed office and industrial occupancy immediately adjacent to two existing hangars. Code compliance in this situation was a major segment of the work due to the requirements for buildings adjacent to hangars, and the reprogramming  of one hangar into warehouse use. The building features a two-story lobby, large composite modification area, corporate board room, and a paint booth.
