A research company was interested in expanding and combining their sporting divisions into their current warehouse facility.

During the first phase of this project, ARTIFEX provided an existing facility assessment to review the site, structure, mechanical and electrical systems. After understanding the needs of the facility, the ARTIFEX team conducted programming and developed plan arrangements. Schematic design was subsequently developed and rendered to illustrate concepts and how the building may look when built.
